Turkey RoHS – Turkey’s Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) legislation came into effect June 2019. The legislation mandates manufacturers and sellers of electronic goods to keep documentation showing that products they introduce to the market meet the criteria for legislation. This applies for 5 years starting from the date the product is released to the market. Manufacturers must also submit a Conformity Declaration Form to the Turkish government every year.
