LCAs (or ‘LCA-lite’ decarbonization declarations) are increasingly in demand by large buyers and regulators. LCAs can be daunting tasks because of the requirements of ISO 14040, ISO 14044, product category rules (PCR), assessor criteria, and data gaps. These are not reports that can be generated overnight, and definitely not without a solid process and understanding.
